This is really a group effort. Everybody in the council had input on this. But in particular, Allen and Andrew conceptualized it. The rest of us just kinda gave suggestions, fleshed out the concepts, etc.

This album is about love. Romantic and otherwise. The cryptic lyrics turn out to be carefully composed odes to all expressions of love in the lives of the counsellors.

We see this work as the result of experimentation gone right. You will hopefully find this more accessible and breezy (yet still serious artistically) than some of our other musical works. Listen to it, show it to your friends, your cats, your vegetables, your dishes, dish out the sounds, the TV dish on the roof, the roof where you wash dishes when the kitchen gets too crowded, the crowded dish, the grilled fish on the plate, the plate which is in the batch of dishes you must wash, the dish with fish on it because somebody wasn't that hungry. Fish from Europe. Dishes on roofs. Melted cow hooves holding together the bristles on the toothbrush you use to scrub toilets and wash fishy dishes on the roof. This is about that type of love. You know what we're talking about.
